A 26-year-old man from Udon Thani was detained at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok on February 16 for allegedly trying to secretly film under a female concertgoer's skirt. The incident occurred during a large concert that attracted numerous Thai and international guests, including many Chinese tourists.

Police, led by Colonel Pronthwee Somwang from Hua Mak Police Station, arrested the suspect, Teerayut, at the stadium's entrance with a mobile phone hidden in a paper bag used for his actions.

Witnesses reported Teerayut placing his phone in a paper bag, attempting to record beneath a Chinese tourist's skirt. The victim noticed and raised an alarm, prompting security to intervene and detain him.

Colonel Pronthwee confirmed Teerayut, currently unemployed, had no prior criminal record. Teerayut confessed to the illegal activity, stating he had been doing it for about a month. His phone contained proof of his admissions through recorded footage.

Investigations further revealed Teerayut planned to sell these videos on social media and was preparing to open an account on platform X for this purpose. Conversations discussing plans to sell such recordings also surfaced, with two victims identified in recent illegal recordings.

Teerayut admitted guilt and now faces charges of disgraceful conduct in public spaces. The case has been handed over to Hua Mak Police Station investigators for further proceedings, reported The Thaiger.

Would have been very disappointed had he tried it on TW of 24 years. Wears more modesty protection than my girlfriends in the 60s-70s with their "leg-ins". Try getting them off her in the back seat of your car!

Going undercover is a risky business.

Nothing to see up there anyway, so must just be the thrill of the hunt.

And ain't most wearing black or white Lycra shorts worn under skirts are sometimes called "safety shorts" or "modesty shorts" nowadays?

Not sure Chinese tourists wear the same lycra shorts as most Thai women.

Someone on the forum might have more experience with Chinese ladies underwear though.
