You know full well that the FBI needs a judge decision to communicate about Grand Jury evidence. You should blame the looser Giuliani. He had the laptop content for about one year and released it only a few days before the election, and only to the NYPost. It's obvious that he wanted to defame Biden without leaving any time for analysing facts. He tried to be a smartass and failed (again). So it was about trusting Giuliani or not. No one knowing his pedigree would have trusted him. I see you also consider that Trump could not have won on his own merits and needed to smear Biden in order to avoid a loss!
