I've already quoted from that link, it only mentions the same one, the hospital incident. There's not been another hospital incident has there? Like I said before a handful of reported incidents is all there has been there.

Lots of wild accusations being thrown about that even the Thai PM has to quell:

Another more conspiracy-minded post said some Israelis viewed Pai as a new “promised land” and that more than 30,000 had moved to the district.

“Hold on a moment,” Ms Paetongtarn said. “We’ve already verified that this is not true.”

Quote

"Next week, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Anutin Charnvirakul will visit the area to get the full picture of what is happening in Pai," she said.

83 to 84 per day, but yet they still manage to upset the locals. Quite the feat.

Nobody is denyng that other nationalities have their fair share of dickeds and low lives, However when those  make the news they get called out, not defended and labelled as victims of antisemitism.

Who has labelled it as being Anti semitic ?

But there's no denying that Anti Semites are piling in and calling for Jews to be banned from Thailand

How does this provide any context?  Other foreign people do bad things in Thailand, so Israelis can behave however they want?

Point was it its not just some Israelis who misbehave .

How many locals did they upset?

"PM scoffs at rumours of 'Israeli settlement' in Pai"

Enough in so that the Embassy had to get involved, the Prime Minister had to comment and the Interior Minister is going to visit.

Yes PM commented denying the conspiracy theory.

So you don't actually know. How many locals were happy with the business they brought in?

Of course I am not collating the complaints.

But the result is that the Embassy had to issue guidelines, the PM had to comment and the Interior Minister intends to visit. That is serious, no?

But why make the point?  We already know that, and it has no relation to the topic being discussed?

It sounded like whataboutism, to be honest.

Not so fake that many REAL members came out to report their experiences.

No pure speculation and all embassies carry advice on behavior and etiquette for their countries nationalities.

The PM commented with this: "PM scoffs at rumours of 'Israeli settlement' in Pai"

No, the PM commented about there being 30,000 Israelis in Pai. The bad behaviour is indisputable and the Embassy warning is specific, rather than general.

You are, as per usual, attempting to misinform and deflect.

It is the Thai restaurant, hotel and business owners that are fed up and complaining about the Israelis behavior. The police have taken action now.

To claim the Thais are “anti semitic” is farcical.

They are anti Israeli rude and entitled behavior.

There is a big difference.

Malcom , I was not claiming that Thais are Anti -Semites .

Sorry, but I don't have the patience to explain things to you on a Sunday morning as you seem to need things explained to you .

There is not 30,000 Israelis in Pai though, can you link to that quote from the PM?

Official figures from the Thai Immigration Bureau reveal that in 2024, Pai welcomed 221,776 foreign tourists. UK nationals topped the list at 39,390 and Israeli tourists followed closely behind at 31,735, averaging 3,000 monthly, peaking at 4,000 during the high season

You are arguing with yourself. We already determined that there aren't 30,000 Israelis there. That was her comment, in addition to confirming that the Interior Minister would visit to take a closer look

No I am asking you for a link: You have not provided a link to that comment with her stating that?

Your quote:

"No, the PM commented about there being 30,000 Israelis in Pai."

I asked what repetitive incidents? Still waiting

As of February this year, 13 Israelis had been charged and deported for crimes ranging from theft to public nuisance, according to a police spokesperson.

https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/thailand-northern-pai-israeli-paetongtarn-4946631

The issue garnered public attention after a doctor shared a post on Feb 4 highlighting the individuals’ recurring disruptive behaviours.

“These tourists regularly smoke on hospital property, steal items, and have damaged our emergency room doors,” the doctor wrote on Feb 4, as quoted by Khaosod.

“When they do come for treatment, they often refuse basic medical procedures like blood tests and wound care, making it extremely difficult for our staff to help them.”

Why does trouble always follow these people around? Perhaps they should ask themselves that question.

It doesn't though, does it .

Israelis visit all over Thailand and there's no trouble .
