But under orders from the Head of Goverment at the time and the buck stops with him who was the head of goverment Thaskin !! Gen Prawit Wongsuwon. was in charge of the operation

I have always been curious as to who gave the go ahead to use extreme force, the Minister of Defense, General Chettha Thanajaro, General Prawit Wongsuwan Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, a local commander or civilian PM Thaksin Shinawatra. While Thaksin takes ultimate responsibility, a senior military figure must have informed forces on the ground to be ruthless. If you remember the famous red drum incidents in late 1972, it was the military.

Thaskin and Prawit blame each other been going on for year,  they dont like each other,  in my opinion i would say it would be Prawit !! who gave the order. but since i was not there who knows

Please give link  as all ican see is his visa revoke which does not mean he is a Persona non grata   dont know what you mean financial ambiguities.  as far as i know he sold it due to his assets being frozen in thailand he keeps an honorary role on the club's board

A lot of people haven't a clue about the extrajudicial killing of drug traffickers, or the massive fraud that led to him fleeing the country.
