Marco Rubio was a championed of tough stance on Russia and decried previous efforts by US to reset and bolster ties with Putin. Now he did a 360. For politicians, the change was simply due to the intoxication of power. For the maga folks, it is falling in line with their dear leader and defending him at all

Actually Marco Rubio is doing a masterful media tour where he clearly explains how Zelensky was supposed to come to the White House to support diplomacy, but instead threw himself on the floor like a toddler and screamed "No talk to Russia only talk me, me, me, me".

 

Zelensky doesn't want peace of course, because he still thinks he will get billions from the UK and the EU fools. It will not end well for Zelensky or the Ukraine if they continue on  a path of war.

 

Russia wants peace. Sadly Zelensky is sabotaging a deal.

Remember Obama caught on a hot mike begging Putin for "space" until after the election in exchange for canceling missile defense.
Remember the "Russian Reset".
Remember Obama's refusal to sell defensive weapons to Ukraine.
Remember Obama did nothing in 2014 when Putin invaded and began the occupation of Crimea. 

Now remember Trump placing sanctions on Russia. 
Now remember Trump killing 200 of Russia's Wagner Group mercenaries in Syria.
Now remember Trump selling arms, including Javelin missiles to Ukraine. 

 

Remember Biden cancelling sanctions on Russia, including those imposed by Trump to gain favor with Putin. 
Remember Biden halting arms sales to Ukraine to gain favor with Putin. 
Remember Biden's surrender debacle in Afghanistan, emboldening Putin. 
Remember Biden saying that the US would not respond to Russia invading Ukraine, if it were only a minor invasion, further emboldening Putin.
