Hello , I am currently on Non (O) Marriage Visa with a child who is a Thai citizen studying in school in Thailand since 2021. As the window for applications has opened this year now can someone help me with the eligibility criteria for applying?

But if you aren't working, you are not going to be eligible. 

Unless paying income tax for three years continuously forget it.

Get it from the horse's mouth, see the immigration yourself and get the updated requirements. Everything else is hear-tell, possibly out of date, incorrect or incomplete.

Looking at the information provided my immigration, their guidance remains the same, as it has done for at least a decade or more.
