Way back, when we first started out together, I gave her a monthly allowance and she had to pay the rent and food expenses.  She was happy with the deal and it set the precedent that I was not a wglking ATM.,  good for paying all family expenses.

After we married, I bought her a house and land in her village, and then teh beauty shop she ha always wanted.  

She gets money from all of this and up to her what she does with it.  it pays for all our living expenses, I had to buy the can and pay my own medical bills.  When family comes round for  loan, I tell wife she can lend hem the money from her own bank account,   Strange how she does not lend out much and what she does she alwys get back.

When bar girls try it on, I just tell them I have a Thai wife who shares my bank account and checks up on me very month,

It is the way it is for many people but not all, but some people only mix in the ATM circle of friends and so think that applies to everyone.

I allways hear the thaigirls asking echother how much they get a month.They r obsessed about money.

Im not surprised because fex TAT also talking about trillions of baht.

Be aware that many girls take the guy who gives most and its no real feelings involved.

I pay for her being my wife, who clean, cook, take care of the farm with her parents, and rent for me living there around 25k a month, and the farm brings back 300k, and if Im there we have a budget between 30 - 40k a month for all essential living costs including farm expenses and food for animals. 

 

if you count what we actually produce for our own consumption of clean ecological food as well, then the farm gives a lot more. 

 

So Im not sure how to count this as payment to my wife and her family when everyone contributes for everyone’s best. 

 

If I was single, my budget would had been much higher, and how can you put price on a good sustainable life without neighbours, and a best friend and lover? Everyday wake up to animals who are happy to see you, and also ,,, nah not even going to try to explain, not possible. 

 

 

And the other hand it is possible to drag this down in the mud and simplify it for the worse, but then you have no idea what Im talking about, a good sustainable life with and araound people you care for and who cares for you, and of course the bieffect is dependency of each other.
