There's like 6 of them now. Elvis is the closest thing left to the real bob.

Elvis is dead and left the building.

So there I was, in one of Bangkok’s premiere shopping malls. I’d just finished off a nice pizza and was now in a bathroom stall, taking care of, well… you know… dropping the kids off at the pool.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, I feel a hand. Not my own hand. A foreign hand. Grabbing my toes.

I freeze. My brain almost short-circuits. WTF is this? Do I shake it? Kick it? Call for backup? Before I can react, the hand disappears.

Nothing happens for a couple of minutes. I’m almost done anyway, and I think, Right, no worries, maybe it was a mistake. Maybe he dropped something and accidentally brushed my foot while looking for it.

Then, out of nowhere, a head pops over the top of my stall, looking down at me from above. He must’ve been stood on his toilet. A full-on, grinning face, just casually peeking over at me.

He doesn’t say a word. Just smiles, drops a small piece of paper onto me, and disappears.

On the paper? A phone number and a LINE ID.

Now, my question to you lot: What the hell does one do in this situation?

Wasn't there a big P on the cubicle?

They have poofters only toilets in Krung Thep now. Probably the greatest achievement of Srettha Thavisin

Yep, I've got nothing good to say about some of the foreigners arriving in Thailand.

Lots of members here attack me because I'm anti foreigner, most are the trashy type.

The worst thing about Thailand, my dislike is some of the foreigners.

Agree Sir, it would be nice to have an alternative site, but I cannot find one.

The closest alt site I've found was one that referred to wood of teak, and they have very little traffic. Heavy sigh, I miss Thai Visa.

There are plenty more actually, but none have a zany section like the pub with all kinds of off the wall topics. Reddit has sub Reddits for both Bangkok and Thailand that are quite active. Likely stricter TOS and guidelines and probably too boring and pedestrian in general to be interesting.

Best thing would probably be for all of us to just focus on more rewarding pursuits in life anyway. Forums are pretty much just a big time waster. Echo chambers where one can give there 2 satang and be heard. The question is do any of us really need that. Maybe join some meetup group events instead for more rewarding human interactions. Many are just coffee shop meetups. Pretty casual. I'm not meaning to sound critical of chat and discussion forums, but we all know they are what they are. A shallow pit of drivel in many ways.

By foreign hand he could have meant a stranger's hand, rather than a Western foreigner. Could have been a Thai or another type of Asian.

Wear boots. That will stop the foot fetishist.

When you didn't react, he obviously thought he had struck lucky. 😀

In my opinion... Stop making up BS stories.

Socialists. No man is an Island and the millions and millions of Socialist victims scream at me from their graves. Its part of being decent, moral and doing the right thing.

Yep.

You are an obsessed zealot.

How many other such categories of people live in your head rent free?

"Scream at me from their graves".

How dramatic. That must get very old. Sounds like schizophrenia to me.

My life is fabulous. Im having a great time, especially now that its DST so I get to watch Fox News evening shows earlier. Better for my social life.

That being said, again, No man is an island. My professions have always been intertwined with politics, history, economics and philosophy. I believe in charity too.  Maybe the screams are appreciative that I oppose that which killed them. Enjoy your hating.

You are an Anti-trumper too I bet.
