This is the best I got! I've been caring for a family friend for a year now! He has lots of medical problems, drug issue, and mostly just stupid!🤣 But last year I went to Maneerat, in Pattaya of 13/2, After talking to them about my friend situation proceeded to do some of the items suggested just before the <deleted> hit the fan with Bangkok Bank. His situation is day by day I have two caregivers helping daily. We ended up early 2025 opening a bank account with BB at Central Festival, we had planned to use Maneerat money to obtain the bank letter then when the <deleted> hit the fan, I contacted his family and they wired a million into his account in July. Since the money wasn't seasoned now what! they said no worry. Basically, if one uses their money the extension was going to be 12-13,000 baht. if you use your own money obtain the letter it wasf 7,500 baht. Since the money wasn't season they still said no problem we can do it but not at 7,500 but the full amount. No problem money no object? Tough part getting him into a wheelchair and taking him to Central, I had his Power of attorney but didn't think much of it, I hired a big van, got him to BB when it opened because we didn't season the money they said you can have your letter but we need to lock it for 4 months. No problem! Got the letter, took it Maneerat, they took the passport, payment, letter, gave them a photo and they did everything else. Gave me a receipt told to go Immigration right now and see Mr. Football. we got there in the Van, double parked a bit, I and caregiver ran in, at door we were stopped by a tall young man, The caregiver Thai spoke need to see Mr. Football show him the receipt and he noted he was Mr. Football. The caregiver said a few more words the guy walked out to the Soi where we were parked and took a picture of my friend. I tipped him 500 baht two days later I got his passport back and extension. Now I do everything there 90 days, residential, TM30, anything that he requires that was the best I could do! As Dr. noted he will get worse like all of us, got to put the thinking hat on! Good luck!
