Good afternoon 

I must go to get a criminal record in Thai police head office Bangkok.

I come from Chonburi by car and plan to reach at 8 o clock to be able to be there at opening time.

Could anyone tell me where to park, even if I have to take a cab to go from the parking place till there.. I insist about the timing as some parking lots might not be open so early.
