EVENKEEL Posted Thursday at 05:29 AM Posted Thursday at 05:29 AM Check out the video of gang members being led to planes with the song 'CLosing Time' playing. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.

I highlighted the portion you somehow don't understand: "predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government…." Do you understand what "foreign nation" means? "foreign government". Any predatory incursion is done by private individuals, not governments. And there is no declared war. "Mexican nationals parading with Mexican flags" Ever notice how many bars here have foreign flags flying? Usually Scandinavian I've noticed.... Go tear those flagsdown, lock up the Vikings? US bedrock bill of rights component is freedom of speech. You don't seem to agree... perhaps move to Hungary or Russia where your attitude is held by rulers. Freedom of speech is only worthwhile if those you oppose, whose beliefs you don't agree with, are given same rights as all. Someone pointed out that no government has ever shut down a newspaper for agreeing with it. Thailand is well known for the lack of freedom of speech and repressive defamation laws... so giving them as example of what ought to be...? Scandinavians don't arrive via the Darien- fatuous comparison. Given this is a predominantly Thai based forum, a comparison with Thailand is appropriate. The US should learn from Thailand how to deal with illegals.
SiSePuede419 Posted Thursday at 03:30 PM Posted Thursday at 03:30 PM Judge: Your rights under the Constitution as an American don't end just because Trump puts you on an airplane to a giant concrete Salvadoran Prison Camp in the jungle. MAGA: Why not? I don't care. It'll never happen to me. [... ] MAGA: But, but but you're making a big mistake. I'm not a gangbanger. Trump Death Squad (mostly pro Trump cops, military and various nutcases working night shift with masks): Sure. "That's what they all say."🤗 1 1 1

And here is the Presidents Order: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/03/invocation-of-the-alien-enemies-act-regarding-the-invasion-of-the-united-states-by-tren-de-aragua/ Read both carefully so you do not look silly. You misquoted me too about Mexican Nationals and your comment about flags hanging in bars is so beyond ridiculous that it boggles the mind. as if... " conducting irregular warfare and undertaking hostile actions against the United States." That could be said of any criminal.... insipid to call that "irregular warfare"... Crips and Bloods could fit into the same absurdly foggy description. But lets say all these Maduro accusations have some substance: then take the individuals to court before sending them off to a third nation without any legal representation.... ever hear the phrase "We are a nation of laws and not men". Trump is doing his best to end that on many fronts. If they are gangbangers, murderers, etc, then by all means get them out of the US. BUT go thru DUE PROCESS. Saw news report on Venezuelan football player hoovered up... he was here on political asylum ticket. Was arrested for being in a gang, had tattoos on his arm as proof. The tat is of a foot (soccer) ball and a champions league cup for Real Madrid. This is typical of stupidity of Trump enforcers, up there with Pentagon getting rid of "Enola Gay" reference as if that had anything to do with "DEI" If Trump can ignore laws when arresting and deporting those guys,, what protections would you have if they picked you up? And don't say they wouldn't... you don't know and they have a track record of stupidf 1

We are not at war, full stop. BS to say "enemy combatants": enlistment papers? Uniforms? military bases? Besides, if they were what you say, there is the matter of Geneva conventions on treatment of prisoners of war. Why Mr Putin and Bibi need to be careful where they travel to, as they are indicted war criminals... or perhaps former Philippine dictator now held for ICC trial over his "extra judicial" killings. 1 1

'Cause Europe doesn't have the same problem with illegals. Trump's just ahead of the curve. Sadly, the Euros don't have a newly elected leader with a mandate and balls.

candide Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Another gag from creepy Trump! 🤣 Trump says he didn’t sign proclamation invoking Alien Enemies Act https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/21/politics/trump-signature-alien-enemies-act-proclamation “I don’t know when it was signed, because I didn’t sign it,” Trump told reporters before leaving the White House on Friday evening...... The proclamation invoking the Alien Enemies Act appears in the Federal Register with Trump’s signature at the bottom...... “President Trump was obviously referring to the original Alien Enemies Act that was signed back in 1798,” a White House statement said. 😂 1

It stands for INTERNATIONAL (that means more than 1 country, fyi) Criminal Court. They brought many of the butchers from Serbia to court. "The ICC has publicly indicted 69 people. Proceedings against 35 are ongoing: 30 are at large as fugitives, one person's case is in the pre-trial stage, and four are on trial. Proceedings against 34 have been completed: three are serving sentences, seven have finished sentences, four have been acquitted, seven have had the charges against them dismissed, four have had the charges against them withdrawn, and nine have died before the conclusion of the proceedings against them" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_people_indicted_in_the_International_Criminal_Court Israel, US & Russia not part of ICC, but the indicted can still be arrested and sent for trial if they venture into signatory country. Not joining doesn't get you off the hook.... You clearly don't care about the rule of law and genocide is just fine with you

jas007 Posted 15 minutes ago Posted 15 minutes ago The Trump administration is apparently trying to skirt the requirement of the invasion being by a foreign nation or government by rationalizing that the gang members are in cahoots with Venezuela or some other foreign powers. A proxy invasion, of sorts. Maybe this will work, maybe it won't. It'll all end up in court. It should be interesting. What happens if the El Salvador prison won't send them back, even if some court orders it? My guess is that those guys are in that prison forever.
