Nope.
I hate them but, we have a process in place to handle it already. It works, slower than we'd like but it works.
Just today the 4th circuit court of appeals ruled in favor of Trump and his EO's targeting DEI programs/funding etc.

Getting a bit nervous at all the reversals of trumps exec orders and mass firings aren't you. Keep your seat as more are coming as Trump continues to act outside his authority.

The reversals as you like to call them are just a normal part of our process.  In the court of appeals they will actually be reversed. Just like the 4 Circuit did today and the SC will do if they make it in front of them.

Gotta agree.  If it's important enough it will make it to the SCOTUS in due time.  Just not as fast as some would like.
However, partisan judges seems to be more of an issue now than in the past.  That's the bad thing.  On the flip side, that is a two-way street.  Which is a bad thing too imho.  Judges should be impartial, but not nowadays it would seem.

As for nationwide injunctions, they are absolutely appropriate and called for based on what trump and his minions are doing. 

 

Federal programs are nationwide so need to be addressed as a whole nationally. That is the point of having separate powers afforded to the Federal Government and different ones afforded the States. Trump and his buddies dont seem to know the difference between Federal and State, Public and Private or dont care. That is why many cuts, firings and\or suspensions are being stopped and overturned, reversed, reinstated or vacated, by the courts while some are going thru and standing.

 

If trump and his buddies wanted to help America, trim the budgets, trim the government and fix inequalities in trade and immigration they should have done their homework first and then acted not the reverse.  They are on the verge of destroying the effectivity of the government, US economy and global alliances all for his vindictive warfare approach on his "enemies". He's clearly mentally delusional and being played by those behind the scenes. Shame on Congress for going alone with most of his actions and not doing the job they are elected to do which is serve the people, not the President.

How about a law that any Nationwide Injunction must be aproved by a Circuit panel? Would you agree with that? Would anyone disagree?

So really what is required is a purge to eliminate the activist judges. Trump could pass a directive stating that judges who have shown political bias be removed.

 

Adolf never had a problem with judges. Never. Quite the opposite, they were more zealous than he was.

 

Trump could even set up new courts, special courts to deal with political judges. 

 

The options are endless really.

If you dont have standing your case is dismissed for lack of same. Federal cases are heard in Federal District Courts first and can escalate from there.
