Fellow Americans. Do you oppose Nationwide Injunctions?

Here is a possible solution that I think would be eminently fair:

"A possible solution, therefore, would be for Congress to require that any nationwide injunction issued against the executive branch be approved by a panel of at least three district court judges rather than a single judge. Such cases should then be immediately appealable to the Supreme Court, limiting the time they linger unresolved."

Nope.
I hate them but, we have a process in place to handle it already. It works, slower than we'd like but it works.
Just today the 4th circuit court of appeals ruled in favor of Trump and his EO's targeting DEI programs/funding etc.

Getting a bit nervous at all the reversals of trumps exec orders and mass firings aren't you. Keep your seat as more are coming as Trump continues to act outside his authority.

The reversals as you like to call them are just a normal part of our process.  In the court of appeals they will actually be reversed. Just like the 4 Circuit did today and the SC will do if they make it in front of them.

Yes, Trumps trial period at being a dictator, isn't going down to well for him, I guess even Putin is laughing his head off behind closed doors...

How embarrassing for the Trump voters......🤐............🤭

You hold that thought and see how they turn out. Some will but many of trumps actions are outside his authority, even as president. Theres a little thing in his way,  Its call the constitution and its started to come back on him.
