Centerpoint (link) ... 45m² Saphan Taksin BTS is <1.5 kms away, actually walkable if not lazy, or too hot or raining out. Bus, tuk tuk, meter taxis plow the road out front. Have their own boat shuttle to the pier (Sapan Taksin) for river taxi or BTS. Always the online taxis via apps. -

I sometimes grow real spinach. Not easy in Thailand. Only cool season and only successful sometimes. needs shade. hard to get the seeds, usually from UK. -
