Most times, the Thai people are more accomadative of foreigners, compared to the sad, suffering and frustrated foreign Thai bashes. Sad, but true.

It was Australians who carried out the majority of the cave rescue  and were honored by The Thailand Government for a job well done . Sadly a Thai diver lost his life during the 100% successful rescue .

oh please' stop with the thai apologist :coffee1:

Stop with the unfounded nonsense maybe. It must not be fun being somehow stuck in a country that you so completely detest. Is that the Thai's fault too ?

Yes, he made his bed in Thailand and detested Thailand. He can't afford his flight home. Prayut darling

It's never too late.

The last survivor of the Sampoong Department Store collapse in Seoul, 19-year-old Park Seung-hyun, was rescued 17 days after the collapse, on July 15, 1995.

Most people can survive weeks without food. Hydration is essential and if no other supply, urine can be drunk safely. It is mainly water.

People who think tha what these rescuers doing  is "too slow" have never run heavy equipment.

Right.  They are working with material that is twisted and intertwined.

Where do you always get this total nonsense from...from your imagination?:coffee1:

No from Thai friends who were there at the time and knew personally of certain figures in authority who were misappropriating monetary donations coming in from abroad.

I was here in Thailand at the time, but live in a different province, but used to visit them regularly

yes,  they did eventually after realization set in.

Yes after the Thai navy seals said they had done all they could, and requested the forein (British) help that was present at the site.

The divers who discovered the boys were british experts at cave rescue, The doctor who worked out actually how to get them out of the cave was Australian which was brilliant, but he expected some losses.

On July 8, 2018, a rescue team made up of 13 international cave divers and five Thai Navy SEALs made their way to the group to help them get out of the cave. Brits Volanthen, Stanton, Jason Mallinson and Chris Jewell, and Australian divers Richard Harris and Craig Challen led the mission.Sep 23, 2565 BE

I haven't heard of refusals of assistance.....could you please explain that?

I"ve been past the site a few times and it's really busy....the removal of rubble is slow work....picking off heavy concrete elements is difficult and there's always the danger of creating slips.

Thank you and I agree with your post. I've heard of no refusals from any qualified companies or individuals.
