Thai Whisky vs Western whisky/whiskey
If it's for Thais I would not waste money on expensive Scotch that they are only going to dilute 90% with soda. I once gave my Thai maid some Italian Pinot Grigio wine and she said it tasted like Spy Wine Cooler sold in the 7/11. The likes of Glenfiddich and Bookers are wasted on Thais. -

Iran orders closure of Strait of Hormuz — putting one-fifth of world’s oil supply at risk
They can't legally close it, but they can certainly threaten it enough to grind the shipping to a halt. Like Yemeni did before - it really doesn't take much to hit a large tanker from a few miles away. You sink a few and insurance costs skyrocket, ship operators refuse to sail through without military protection, which isn't unlimited and turns out to be very costly - and you've caused a major disruption. It would cost them just a few rockets or torpedoes only. So maybe not completely close it, but still cause a significant pain. -

Dr Aseem Malhotra - White House insiders say the MRNA shot will be pulled from the market
Only an ignorant person would claim that because something did not hurt them, it is OK for everyone else and there should not be any argument about their safety and efficacy. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9021367/ https://scitechdaily.com/researchers-discover-mrna-vaccines-leave-lasting-mark-on-the-immune-system/ Those above are two quick links I grabbed - read them and find others - if you really want to know. But like many people, you would rather not know, and keep your head in the sand. That is OK, but it means you should really keep your mouth shut or you will choke and look silly. -

Iran orders closure of Strait of Hormuz — putting one-fifth of world’s oil supply at risk
Iran controls the northern side of the strait, which runs along its border, and Oman and the United Arab Emirates control the southern side. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/strait-of-hormuz-iran-oil-trade-route-what-to-know/
