Drunk people doing stupid stuff in Thailand is as old as tourism here.

 

I have seen people doing lots of outrageous stuff in the 90s, only nobody had a phone to film it. As everybody was having their fun and fill, nobody batted an eyelid. People were minding their own business.

 

I think, times were better for it.
