A pphrase is a grammatical unit.  For instance, the English expression "the very happy hooker" is a noun phrase which contains the adjective phrase "very happy".

Habeas corpus is not a "phrase" it is actually a legal procedure.

"A pphrase is a grammatical unit".

What is a "pphrase"?

"Habeas corpus" is a phrase in the context of my comment, it is also a legal process.

  • If you are going to offer up a Latin legal expression, please make sure that you spell it correctly. "Habeus corpus"

  • Another despicable effort to undermine the Rule of Law in the USA.

  • I suggest to you most people are not too happy with a known white nationalist being so close to the seat of power. One can see his influence in Trump's decisions. Sadly approx 84 million people didn't

You're assuming that those "84m" would not have voted in Trump's favour?

Yes, I assume the majority would not. Remember trump only won by 1.X of actual votes

Pure speculation.

NEVER AGAIN

The disgusting part is an anti-semite and anti-American socialist like you, who believes in authoritarianism, co-opting that slogan

This biblical worship of the constitution, an outdated document that has several doze times needed changes to keep up with modern times, is ridiculous.

Any way to get the trash out is fine with me. I don't care if it's a (R) or (D) doing it, or whatever.

No, it's "habeas corpus", uncapitalised

In the UK perhaps, but in the US it would be uncapitalized.
