Those parties must have been epic. Can you imagine, MDMA, alcohol on tap, baby oil on tap, prostitutes and porn stars on tap. Non stop sex. For days. Shades of ancient Rome.
If Coombs ever covers "Memories" he'll have to change the lyrics.
Bieber hardly had any fun, he got married too early. He's paying the price now, all miserable as he's realised his mistake, poor guy.
A lawyer won't help the speed but can help for papers. Foreigners can NOT adopt through the family office of the amphur as written below. It works only with the DSDW in Bangkok.
I know that Sebastien H. Brousseau helped a friend to adopt children. He is based in Bangkok and works for a law firm.
I don't deal with Barclays, but their website shows total fees for a SWIFT transfer to Thailand are 37 GBP. At this moment their is almost no difference in exchange rates between a SWIFT transfer and WISE's rate. The WISE website shows they would charge 108 GBP for a single transfer of 18,180 GBP (800k baht).
This doesn't seem to be a difficult decision.

You can use Wise. It's not just for USA use. Wise is registered in the UK. As far as I know, the only outfit that matches Wise for [insert favourite government-issued toilet paper name here] to THB is Revolut.
Getting THB out of the Thai banking system as efficiently is another matter (for example, Wise won't let you do this). I can feel a new thread coming on...
