The subtitle of the article "Taking Aim at One of the Most Pervasive Lies of the Modern Age" delivers on its promise.

Rather than the al too familiar hysterical CO2-bashing, this long but very worthwhile article will be quite useful In case you are open to consider actual facts and real scientific evidence.

My comment: Let me also make it clear that I do not 100% agree with some of the rare but occasional 'political' comments inserted into the text.

But the facts addressed in the article still make it very worthwhile and I can fully endorse the author's conclusion that "we should absolve CO2 of its accused sins, and celebrate this wonderful little molecule as our friend and ally".

Even if global warming is a fraud, individual car ownerships makes cities unpleasant places to live in.

There are too many people with 2 ton metal boxes, too much traffic, and and and and and AIR POLLUTION is NOT a fraud. Just look up.

More trams, better public transport, more bicycles, fewer cars on the road are needed.

And cars need to be replaced with parks and greenery.

And once again, air pollution and traffic congestion are not frauds.

How do you think Thailands local envirment have changed from once being covered by natural forests, and in few decades lost 43% of its natural forests?

not only we spew out emissions, we physically killing the planet we as one specie have managed to live from. And if you add simultaneously happenings that contributed to changes, pluss our activity’s, how do you think that will work out for us?

The whole climate debate lacks logic completely. On the other side you got politicians messing up and and makes short term solutions because stupid people allow them to do so.

Of course, air pollution and traffic congestion are not frauds.

But the article doesn't claim that these phenomena are frauds. The author of the article would wholeheartedly agree with the common sense view that air pollution is detrimental to your health.

The article is not contesting that, but it is about the fable that the amount of CO2 emitted as a result of human activity is triggering global warming.

And that is a total scam, but has somehow become the cornerstone of ridiculous Net Zero projects (but very profitable for the scammers, Bill Gates of course being in the frontline here.

There is some logical sense to every problem we face, and the solutions we choose as a unified specie doesn't make sense,

It doesn't matter, because it's all connected anyway.

Cutting down trees in the Amazon = rendering species extinct, reducing biodiversity.

Oceans are so polluted it's barely safe to eat seafood anymore due to heavy metal contaminants.

And air pollution is a result of excessive human activity.

Cities are loud and stressful, not conducive to peace of mind.

So too much human activity is harming the planet and harming ourselves, "global warming hoax" notwithstanding.

Global Warming is one of many scams designed to create fear and hysterics for the carrot stick chasers then division ensues when clear headed independent thinkers try to calm them down and talk sense into them.

Most have dug in too deep into the climate fantasy to even consider being open to how little impact humans have on global climate.

Agreed.

But demonizing CO2 as the 'solution' to save the planet, and syphon billions of dollars towards funding of CO2 reduction projects that demonstrably would make the livability of the planet WORSE is more than evil.  And as usual the world's largest fake philanthropist Bill Gates is pushing some of the madness projects (vaccinating cattle to reduce methane gas from their farts, chopping down entire forests and bury the stems to cut down on CO2, spraying the atmosphere in order to lower temperature by blocking the sun, etc.).

We lived in Bali for 6 years and ate seafood often.

The cry then (probably now), don't eat the fish as high Hg content.

Got tested for Hg when we left and all normal.

So, as an obviously concerned human, doing your bit to make the planet unliveable, what's your personal 'best before' date?

Roughly?

Is this the same Bill Gates that's giving away 99% of his money?

Putting on your laurel garland and toga and prancing about with Gaia is not very convincing. Its easy to say something sucks, its hard to fix the reason it sucks, and indeed sometimes well nigh impossible.,

The global warming hoax is a distraction from the pollution they don't want to fix.

It's completely hijacked the legit environmentalist causes.

And its further an effort to increase government control.

Slight correction: he's selectively giving away 99% of his money to the things that he thinks will make the future better. His foundation operates under the broad brush claim that they "provide funding to organizations to achieve measurable impact in the fight against poverty, disease, and inequity around the world." Sounds respectable enough.

Philanthropy, like limiting one's tax liability, is for the (very, very rich) birds.

Yeah, you're right. He should give it to you. Or maybe back right wing loonies all over the world.

Why should he give it to me when I have absolutely no clue about how to disburse it for the greater good?

Or you for that matter?
