You should assume they are not prostitutes on a golf course as there are ample jobs in Thailand where they could be a prostitute and earn a lot more than a caddy pays.  My ex was a golf caddy, lovely girl, never asked for anything.   It doesn't really pay enough (maybe 800-1000 per day when working which is not every day) so she ended up going to Korea to work on a golf course there.

 

She told me once about a Japanese golfer who assumed they were the same as bargirls and felt one of her caddy colleagues boobs as though he was in a bar and she went ballistic at him.  She was going to call the police and report him for sexual assault and it cost the extremely embarrassed golfer about 15,000 to prevent her making that call.

I play a lot of golf in thailand and nearly all the ladies are fun,happy and so polite. Not that many would ask for your line  or phone number. Some rea l stunners and some not so. Treat them with respect and you never know your luck. Most are locals to the area of the course that they caddy at and half of them are related and not earn a great amount of baht per month. Like most thai ladies,they are looking for a farang partner.

I might be one of the toughest farangs in Thailand but I am also one of the most polite.

like anywhere else some girls do and some girls don't.   Just bear in mind that on the military courses some caddies are soldiers wives who may not welcome advances being made

I always thought In golf the idea is to make the least strokes,   you actually lost, quite heavily, but it appears nobody could be bothered telling you
