Cambodia has serious difficulties with Passport Security, Immigration corruption and a large coterie of Chinese criminals. Human trafficking is still rampant. They dont cooperate with the return of gangbangers and there are criminal connections between gangsters here and the enormous Cambodia diaspora in the USA.

 

If Cambodia chooses to kick me out of make it difficult for me, then I can take my money and accelerate my next years plans. Life is just a suitcase and a card away.

I think they have it upside down. They should write a (short) list of countries whose nationals they are still willing to admit - and ban everyone else by default.
