The only way you know is looking at individual topics, and then you would also have to know who's giving you the negative emojis,and not votes, which is what I'm referring to.  which is pretty obvious when you observe things. Again, I didn't mention using thumbs down for any reason other than to point out how sad they are to give them just because they disagreed with you a day, week or a year ago. Last time I took my Thai motorcycle into Malaysia it didn't need a numberplate unlike my car which needed a Malaysian plate in the form of a temporary sticker.
