That is downright silly excuse. Trade is pittance with Russia. In fact US has an enormous trade deficit with Russia. Export to Russia at around half a billion and import almost $3 billion and Russia was excluded in his reciprocal tariff list.. WTF.
 

 It cost little for US to impose sanction and is morally and politically the right thing to do. Unless he was referring to the billions lost personally from his Russia oligarch friends. Silly and corrupt man.

And I don't have cognitive bias - I have reality bias - which means I look at many sources before coming to an opinion but again I will say, words have meaning and impact, especially if it's coming from the POTUS and Trump has a VERY bad tendency to talk first and think later. Not the kind of quality I look for in the leader of the free world.  

No - it is cognitive - but dont worry, there are millions like that about Trump. That is why the media does things like this story - it stirs up you guys. Remember when Trump was accused of saying the white nationalist nazis were 'good people' - a total lie and a fabrication of the truth - that is the norm for the media - thousands of times. Same on both sides - Fox and others carry on about absolute BS - but I know that it is BS and that most of it is exaggeration.  But it aint anywhere near as bad as the mistruths about what Trump says, thinks, eats, walks etc etc etc.   Is Trump an smooth talking politician and a diplomat - hell no - he is rough as guts and very abruptly direct - and that is one of the many reasons why so many voted for him.

How you lot still think it was Russia is hilarious. But the truth is that 2016 was because the alternative was Clinton - pure and simple - all the Russia hoaxes have been debunked.  they were a 'nothing burger' but they sold heaps of media space and got billions of clicks. 

 

Ukraine is not a war as such - it is a police action by Russia against the NATO/CIA lead coup that illegally removed the President of Ukraine and resulted in a Civil War from 2014.  The reality of that situation and truth is completely lost on those that hate Trump. By the way, what did Biden do in 4 years? He and his corrupted Admin sent money and military equipment to a corrupt regime to support them because they had installed in 2014. Propaganda is what you have been lead to believe - total and utter propaganda - which was illegal in USA unless the country was at war - until Obama changed that law.

I'm sure that the overwhelming majority of EU member states would love to be rid of Orban's Hungary but, unfortunately, no mechanism exists to throw them out.

 

Hungary would need to leave of its' own accord, like the UK; something it will never do while it is a net beneficiary of EU funds.

Youtube is one source - multiple news channels - from CNN to Fox - I listen to them all to see and hear what they are saying. And I must say that the BS on Fox Shows like The Five is nowhere near as delusional and full of hatred like that on ABC's The View - they are insane. Did you see when they interviewed Arnold recently - he did not go with the narrative at all and a couple of them clearly showed their distain and hatred. 

 

Many years ago I was asked what I think makes the woke liberals so angry and full of hate towards Trump. The answer back then is the same as now - it is a 'movement' very much dominated by women and therefore it is all about feelings.  Most women live their lives completely dominated by their feelings towards things and people. When they do not like someone, it does not matter what they do, they will find ways to dislike him/her. The same is true in reverse - women will find ways to like the things a person does (and not see their bad things) if they like the person. Most women have a lack of logic and rational thinking - any 'normal' man married to one for many years knows this fact of life.

The Europeans have been "doing it" (imposing sanctions on Russia) for years and they continue to do so. Their latest sanctions package was unveiled on 20 May this year.
