Pattaya’s nightlife took a chaotic twist yesterday when a brawl between two Thai women erupted near the famous Walking Street. This tumultuous scene, captured in a 79-second video, has quickly garnered attention online. Despite the early hour, the area buzzed with music and activity, raising questions about the city's enforcement of bar closing times.

The altercation unfolded behind the Marine Hotel in South Pattaya, as a crowd consisting of both locals and tourists watched and encouraged the fight. Their presence underscored the continuing vibrancy of the Pattaya nightlife scene, where the party seemingly never stops. Despite the daylight, nearby bars continued to belt out music, creating an atmosphere as if it were still midnight.

As the two women clashed, a foreign tourist attempted to intervene. The situation escalated further when two other foreign men began fighting, with one putting the other in a headlock amid the unfolding drama.

Reporters visiting the location at 10 a.m. on June 25 observed several bars open, serving patrons with music blaring, as if morning hours were simply a suggestion rather than a rule.

Pattaya News reporters found bar staff reticent to discuss the incident. However, a local motorcycle taxi driver provided some insight, claiming, "They're both bar girls. It was about a customer, or losing one. Happens all the time."

The Pattaya City Police stated that they have not received any official complaints about the incident. They mentioned that unless someone files a report or injuries are documented, they will not initiate a formal investigation.

On the same chaotic day, another brawl occurred at the Threpprasit Soi Market. Just before midnight, a longstanding dispute over loud music escalated violently, resulting in a vendor being hospitalized with injuries. The attackers fled the scene before authorities could intervene.

These incidents have cast a spotlight on Pattaya’s less glamorous side, where the vibrant nightlife can sometimes lead to chaos rather than celebration. The continuous party atmosphere, stretching into the early hours, reflects a city where dawn is less a call to end the festivities and more a prompt to stay alert.

This dual set of brawls not only highlights the persistent issues within Pattaya’s entertainment district but also emphasizes the city’s struggles with controlling late-night revelry. As Pattaya continues to attract visitors from around the globe, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations remains a key challenge for local authorities.

Any time the word "vibrant" appears in a story, probably a safe bet it was written by AI. And I think AI can learn because here is a variation snuck in for fun "....underscored the continuing vibrancy of the Pattaya nightlife scene," even though this fracas was reported to take place at ten in the morning.... oh well

Oh enough already!!! I'm tired of these stories.  Let's have one from the UK or USA to balance them out. They are so effing tedious.  Will the editor please STOP.
