Go back and look at some of the posts in this thread.

Solutions have been found to get around the bug.

I will try to send iHerb a message about this.

If they cannot get their website to work when their competitors do, then it is not my problem to solve.

I read the posts - also tried Medisafe but their website is rubbish - no products or prices provided.

I rely on iHerb a lot.

I don't know what alternatives there are out there, but I got used to iHerb products.

There's specific things I need on there.

Best of luck.

Fair enough.  Maybe get to know a few local Pharmacies - helps with a Thai wife/GF - they will sell you many things you need. I only use iHerb because they sell slow-release low-dose aspirin which I have never found in a pharmacy up here.

Been buying from iHerb for over 20 years and now it has turned into a nightmare.  Need to use a VPN to get access to the website and my account but had problems with 1) not being able to add products to order basket - get popup there is an application problem or 2) get access and put 1 item into basket and then can not access orders in basket web page.

I have sent emails to their customer support and even to their CEO and SVP of Global Marketing with no response of help.  I was initially told when I couldn't access iherb.com and it got redirected to th.iherb.com and didn't work that the problem was 3bb blocking the site,  Not sure how they could do that but that was the answer I got.

The real problem could be the idiot in the White House with his BS tariffs because this never happened before.  I also see that Vitacost is no longer an option as it it looks like they have stopped shipping to Thailand.  As bad as this is, what I know is coming is going to be far worse.  In the meantime, will need to source some supplements I know work from other sources, likely outside of the US.

I have similar problems.

I have tried 4 different web browsers and 3 different ISPs on my home computer - no luck.

Then tried my Android using a coffee shop's wifi - success; but, could not log into my account.

Ended up trying Amazon.com, but they now will not ship to Thailand!!!
