Police and emergency services rushed to a reported stabbing incident outside a row of rental rooms opposite Soi Ko Phai 10 in South Pattaya, on 3 July.

Upon arrival, Pol. Lt. Col. Suchart Dusadee of Pattaya City Police found a large pool of blood at the scene. The injured man, identified as Mr Theerawat, had sustained two stab wounds, one to his left lower back and another to his left shin. Rescue workers provided first aid at the scene before transporting him to Hospital for further treatment.

Eyewitnesses, including neighbours, reported hearing a loud domestic argument between Mr Theerawat and his wife prior to the incident. The quarrel escalated quickly, with shouting followed by physical violence. Moments later, Mr Theerawat was seen bleeding heavily, while his wife fled the scene on foot, holding the hand of their young daughter, 3 years old.

CCTV footage reviewed by investigating officers confirmed the sequence of events. The video shows the couple arguing in front of their room. Mr Theerawat is seen kicking his wife, who then retaliates by drawing a knife and stabbing him. She is later seen escaping with the child.

Subsequent investigations revealed that the woman boarded a public bus and returned to her hometown in Ratchaburi province.

Police have advised Mr Theerawat that he may file formal charges against his wife if he wishes to pursue legal action. Authorities are currently gathering witness statements and other evidence as part of an ongoing investigation.

No arrests have yet been made.

he will pursue legal action?

but he was probably smacking her around for years.

or did he cheat on her?

if he was smacking her around, he got what he deserved.

He should... I watched the vdo several times trying to see where she reportedly goes back into the house to get a knife. FRom the look in the Vdo she already has the knife and the man kicked her to keep her at distance. So she charged him thrusting with her right hand into his chest with something. Knife most likely, then retreats into the house and a few minutes later leaves with the child in tow.

Self-defence is what the Vdo shows the man doing. Not like the man kicked her so she grabbed a knife and retaliated by stabbing him. At any rate, the man should be happy she left unless the kid is his also. He should file charges either way.

When women lose their mind , it goes downhill quicky. It's amazing that this isn't a more common occurrence everywhere in the world
