You really are a disturbed chap. Take a few moments, think of the real reason you commented on our conversation. Anyone can see it's trolling. Look back at my and Lordgrinz's conversation, that it started with him talking about Thai food, and I followed with my own interests. We continued, talking about Thai food, then added our own thoughts, none of which pertain to anyone else.

 

You had no right intervening. You aren't the forum police. You can come in and add to the conversation in a polite way, but you felt the need to start with your petty comments, just because it was me. You didn't comment on what he said, which was also just OUR conversation, but came straight to me. That's what we call "busted".

And now that Bangkok, and even Chiang Mai are increasingly infiltrated by real estate developers and speculators, they pay stupid prices and expect future rents to support those valuations.  

 

I used to know someone who owns a major pharma company in Thailand. He told me that one time he joined his lawyer on the elevator to go down to the first floor for his driver. His lawyer told him he was charging him for the time in the elevator and in the lobby.
