I don't use the app or internet banking in connection with my Bangkok bank account

I do not use apps for banking in Thailand full stop - not secure enough - 2 device (phone and notebook) is a more secure method and since most Thai banks have withdrawn online banking via notebooks I use ATMs and cash. not always convenient but the price I might have to pay for convenience is too high.

They have been closing accounts, inpart due to online fraud and now require you to have a Sim registered to your acc. You might be lucky  and just be able to get updated passport/Sim details and keep the account.

Depends if you are here now

There will not be any reply. However, they will pick up the phone. Call the head office. They speak good English.

International calls are not expensive.

Use mytello.com

mytello eh?  Interesting.  I looked at their website to see how it works.  I am guessing they use VOIP or something like that but can't see any details yet
