Recommendation for septic tank cleaning – Huay Yai

Featured Replies

Hi everyone! 🙏

I was wondering if anyone knows a reliable septic tank pumping service in the Huay Yai area.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance! 😊

I think the local Amphur organizes it in Chonburi. There is another forum here under real estate that might be more helpful

Two ladies with a blue tanker truck. Emptied ours in Baan Pattaya 5.

Very clean and tidy. Baht 500 for a tank

Set the price before you let them even  start... a price to completely empty each tank and no more. No silly measurement nonsense and charges for each mark on a dip stick. There are some scammers in the game!

Wait a bit, isnt it always wise to leave some in the tank (75mm?) to ensure the bacterial action stays active? otherwise, bacterial chemicals or a dead cat is needed to keep it that way?

Dont allow antibacterial chemicals in the tank, even bleaches down the throne to clean its U tube water trap.

They are likely to leave a bit in there to keep things going. My main point is to beware of them as there are a few scammers. I had such a welcome to home owning in Pattaya as did my neighbours. Bzstards even took all the brass covers and access plates and replaced them with crappy plastic ones claiming they couldn't get them open!
