USA Ghislaine Maxwell’s Staggering Demands for Congressional Testimony
If she clearly states that Donald J Trump took no part in the Epstein activities she'll be given a pardon by said Trump. That's why Trump's lawyer (now DOJ official) is meeting up with her. There are no coincidences. -

Community Villagers Spooked After Finding Human Skeleton Near Road
Picture courtesy of Khaosod. Residents in a village in Udon Thani province were left shaken after reportedly seeing an elderly man sitting and shivering by the roadside, only for a human skeleton to be discovered at the very same spot the following morning. Police Lieutenant Sarawut Chomphuthon, an investigator at Phen Police Station, received a report from local residents of a human skeleton found in tall grass by the roadside along the route from Phen to Ban Dan, near kilometre marker 8 in Ban Nong Sa Khrai, Chiang Wang subdistrict, Phen district. The grisly discovery was made by a delivery driver who stopped to relieve himself and spotted bones in the undergrowth. Authorities from the forensic unit at Udon Thani Provincial Police, Pen Hospital, and the Udon Sawang Methatham Foundation were called in to examine the scene. The remains are believed to be those of a man aged between 50 and 60. He was wearing a polo shirt bearing the name of Maensri Language School and a pair of shorts. Found next to the skeleton were a wooden stick believed to be a walking cane, a single Buddhist amulet, a 20-baht banknote and a sacred thread often used in religious ceremonies. Forensic investigators estimated that the man had been dead for over three months, as only the skeleton remained. The remains were taken to Pen Hospital for further analysis, while authorities notified local community leaders in hopes of identifying the deceased. There have been no missing person reports in the immediate area. A local village head, Mr. Apisit Simngam, 52, confirmed that no villagers had been reported missing and said he believed the deceased was likely not from the area. “The location is public land belonging to our village. It’s strange, but no one from our community has gone missing,” he stated. Anyone with missing relatives is urged to contact Phen Police Station, which is open 24 hours. The incident took a chilling turn with the testimony of Ms. Niorn, a 45-year-old resident, who said she had seen an elderly man sitting by the roadside the day before the skeleton was found. “He looked very cold, shivering with his arms crossed. I thought he was just a cattle herder and didn’t think much of it. But when I looked back again, he was gone,” she recounted. This eerie discovery came just one day after another set of human remains, this time a woman, was found in nearby Kud Chap district. Authorities continue to investigate both cases and urge anyone with relevant information to come forward. UK Flat – Sell or Keep Renting? Expats Who’ve Been There – What Did You Do?
I studied economics and accountancy and have an MBA. I did not work in Finance but I understand enough to invest without referring to a financial advisor. I was thinking about your question and simply used Chat GPT to find some funds that track the market and pay a dividend. I don't want to type it all out, but you could just ask the same question that I did and it will give you a range of options ... I was quite impressed with the answers. So, I asked "I'd like to invest money in a fund that tracks the market and pays a dividend yield. What would you recommend?". The answers that came back looked pretty solid to me. For example, the Vanguard FTSE All-World High Dividend Yield ETF (VHYL) that pays a dividend of 3-4%, invests in global stocks, can be in USD or GBP, pays quarterly dividends with low fees (0.29 of a per cent). It gave 5 funds like above and suggested a conservative portfolio UK based. Worth a look.
