If ever there was an article that should be read, and be considered a wake-up call, then it is this one.

I know some members on this forum will read the first 3 lines, and already call it fake lefties propaganda, but it is written by experts, and the charts are facts.

Yahoo Finance Chartbook: 35 charts tell the story of markets and the economy midway through 2025

The potential fallout from President Trump's tariff and immigration policies — and their impact on US economic growth — has emerged as the top concern among economists who are still questioning the resilience of the US economy.

Why not make the tile more self explanatory like "Trumps Policies Summary" or something more descriptive!

Because it isn't only about Trump policies, the article explains how markets performed/behave over the time span of decades, and why we should be worried.

You should have known if you had read the article, instead of your premature post, in your eagerness to be the first to comment.

So, just like that, thanks to irrational hatred, a new all time high on the US stock market is a sign the economy is down the toilet. Who knew?😅

If the OP wants a proper interesting article the blether's Russia collusion hoax quiz is a must read.

All I am suggesting is to make the tile show what it is about so as to get more clicks;

Calling something "Most interesting article" should follow up with what the so called interesting article is about!

i.e.  "Most interesting article" about US economy or something more descriptive.

" you said "You should have known if you had read the article," but I am suggesting that no one will read an article when the title does not describe it's contents!

Anyway it is your topic and if you wish to ridicule advice then that is up to you.

I will not be reading or commenting anymore on this subject!

I wasn't looking for advice on how to get the most clicks out of a post.

The first few lines below the link, and that it was posted in this forum, should be self explanations.

Some investors are taking profits while they can.

I would never believe anything appearing on Yahoo, it only does for a reason, usually Trump bashing

Yeah, you'd rather read Fox :cheesy:

Don't forget Dec 14 2024 when the Dow was at 45014. It hasn't gained much in the last 8 months of this administration.

So things are humming along nicely, and someone predicts that will change.  Remember that last Trump prediction they got right?  Neither do I.
