Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell throws down the gauntlet! Offering to testify before Congress, she insists on major conditions, including immunity, as revealed in her attorneys' list to the House Oversight Committee.

Subpoenaed by Oversight Chair James Comer, Maxwell initially aimed to invoke her Fifth Amendment rights. However, her lawyers are now willing to cooperate provided they guarantee safety and fairness. They warn that the absence of these protections could jeopardise her current Supreme Court appeal.

Maxwell's Conditions:

1. Formal Immunity:
Maxwell insists on a formal grant of immunity to protect her from potential legal repercussions.

2. Location of Interview:
She demands the interview not occur at the correctional facility where she's serving her sentence.

3. Advance Questions:
Maxwell requires the committee's questions in advance to ensure accuracy and fairness, avoiding surprise questioning.

4. Timing of Testimony:
Her testimony should be scheduled only after the resolution of her Supreme Court petition.

The Oversight Committee rejected the idea of granting her immunity, stating that while they will respond to her legal team, they will not consider the immunity as a viable option. Comer echoed these sentiments, emphasising his reluctance to grant immunity to an accused individual of serious offences.

Surprisingly, Maxwell's plea extends a request for clemency from President Donald Trump. Her legal team suggests that with clemency, she would willingly testify openly, clearing up misunderstandings around the case. If conditions aren’t met, invoking her Fifth Amendment rights remains her fallback.

This development sheds light on the delicate balance between legal rights and congressional oversight, as Maxwell juggles her legal battles with potential testimony.

So why else would Comer et al want to talk to Maxwell? REDUX:

House committee subpoenas Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell to sit for deposition July 23, 2025 / Comer said the committee is seeking Maxwell's testimony

"to inform the consideration of potential legislative solutions to improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non-prosecution agreements * and/or plea agreements in sex-crime investigations."

* the 2008 Epstein not non--prosecutorial agreement (NPA) which mentions "any potential co-conspirators" but does not mention Maxwell specifically is the basis of Ms. Maxwell's appeal to the Supreme Court, not the evidence presented at trial.

If she clearly states that Donald J Trump took no part in the Epstein activities she'll be given a pardon by said Trump. That's why Trump's lawyer (now DOJ official)  is meeting up with her. There are no coincidences.

States where? Maxwell attorney Markus has already said she answered all Blanche's questions but that could have been solely yes or no answers.

I think you are putting the cart before the horse: Markus is saying if she receives a pardon or clemency she will state as you say. Not the opposite.

"I wish her well..."

And never an acknowledgement of the victims, other than him claiming to be a victim of Epstein's poaching.

trump is a wretched human being.

You believe that? No one has been "outed", with perhaps the exception of Prince Andrew.

Pretty daft to think they'd have let him become president if he was. You really think they'd let that opportunity pass, seriously ?

Why, what would be the upside to putting the the fox literally in the hen house ?

No way she can be granted immunity.............she might start telling the truth.

She will receive the promise of a pardon for exonerating trump......but only in 2028 as Trump leaves office.

Her problem then is.....will he live that long?

oh thats right it was Biden who pledged to release the files to help him win the election.

Agreed Trump is back pedaling but  why didn't Biden release the files? Must be some messy stuff in the files that current and past Presidents fear the public isn't ready for...

To be honest, he rather outed himself with that astonishing TV interview!

A performance so self entitled, self centred, narcissistic and bearing only a passing relationship with the truth as to be "Trumpian".

Trump is now doing the same, albeit in slow motion! Witness today's relevations that "Epstein stole my people" -  how amazing, narcissistic and seemingly typical, that "Epstein stole these girls from me", painting himself' for goodness' sake as the victim!  Children, trafficked for sex from your club, with it seems your knowledge. You are not the victim, you are not innocent.
