Tv Bookings -bangkok

There is a Bangkok based travel agency located on the 3rd floor of one of the Robinson stores in Bangkok. I found their site but the "Contact Us" option does not work, nor do they provide a phone number. All they have is a reservation form which I used asking them for their form number and to get back to me. They never did even though I asked them 4 times. The only reason I want to make contact is because they have the lowest fares to US by far!!!!!!!!(China Airlines)

I'd like to know if any of you have done business with them. If so, where are they and how can they be contacted.............

I have found that there is no customer service at the Emporium's Tv Bookings. I got so upset that I walked out while waiting for them to take care of me. I now use a small independent travel agent in the Ploenchit Center bldg.

Be cautious of advertised prices because they usually exclude taxes, insurance, etc.
