I have a friend who bought the box/package from MONO 29 so that he can watch EPL, but he's unable to switch to English commentary even though that is selected in the settings.

Anyone else with the same problem?

I use the Monomax app on an Android TV OS device (Mi Box S) and on that app, selecting English as the default language in Settings does not set the commentary language. You have to change the Audio setting found at the bottom of the screen when you're actually watching the game. You only have to do this once per channel though, not every time.
