One of the things with Thailand is that they let so many nationalities in visa-free. The one thing being is that if they denied entry to foreign crims it would greatly affect arrivals numbers.

There comes a point where additional investigations becomes just a waste of time that drains focus & resources from real necessary work.

The search expanded to other rooms within the Buffalo Jungle restaurant complex, where officers discovered a large safe in a two-story building across from the main restaurant. Inside the safe, police found acupuncture needles, boxes, glass cups and vacuum cylinders used for cupping therapy treatments.

 

Mr. Awara claimed to be a licensed doctor from abroad, asserting his qualifications to perform acupuncture and cupping therapy on tourists. However, authorities confiscated the medical equipment as evidence while investigating his credentials

 

Initial urine testing revealed that Mr. Raiden tested positive for drug use and admitted to having taken narcotics the previous day. Mr. Awara, however, refused to provide a sample and was charged with disobeying an order issued by the Narcotics Control Board, in addition to other offences.

 

The two men are now in custody pending further investigation and legal proceedings.

Maybe the best a short quiz at the immigration: 2/3 ok, if less failed: 1st available return flight.

These are Hezbollah defectors. They have access to a huge drug empire. Royal Thai Police probably knew about their shinanagins, building a case for awhile.. turning them into trophies. These guys are experienced convicts. They'll be heading to the Hilton no doubt.

The one officer looks very upset and disgusted with the Buddha statues sitting close to the floor. 

They probably started out as nice boys once......something happened on the way, causality had it in for them.
