I don't get enough fiber in my normal diet, so I supplement.

I eat a spoonful of chia seeds and half a spoonful of freshly ground Flax seeds every morning mixed in a glass of water. I like the Omega-3 benefits as well as the fiber. Some folks like to make a 'pudding' with Chia seeds, adding a bit of sweetener, but I find just wetting them down, letting them soak for 10 minutes, and drinking it is easiest.

 

I will also add a spoonful of Psyllium powder to breads, cakes, and stews that I cook. You can't taste or feel it, so why not?  So long as one doesn't overdo adding fiber, it's a win-win addition.
