As different from every other Trump issue that has made it to the Supreme Court, on this one the amicus / friend of the Court briefs are going to come in heavy from the conservative/libertarian interests in opposition to the Trump tariff agenda.

first he  wants foreign companies to invest in the US, to give jobs to American citizens,  when they do invest because their factories are so advanced compared to the US, the foreign companies have to bring in specialized workers that have been doing this type of construction/setting up for quite some time, since this type of things are new to the American workers, they don't have the knowledge, maga let the workers in and when things start to built up and looking good he decided to raid the factory and arrest the technically advanced foreign workers, that's a fantastic (NOT) move from the maga people and this will back fire and any other foreign company that wants (was forced) to invest in the USA will think twice before doing so, that's how smart Trump followers are "cut your nose to spite your face" comes to mind
