No, I went by there a few years ago out of curiosity when looking for a new place. I walked around the place, but never bothered to look at a room. Some unkept foreigner guy was sitting downstairs and just glared at me when I walked by. They probably know each resident there and your business.

 

If I ever get to that financial level I will go back and check out the rooms. Farang management last I heard.

 

Did you ever look at a room? Probably not much to see, just four walls, a window and a small bed and table.

I checked it out because it was one of the only condo blocks with no pool. I also saw a miserable old falang, probably had dementia. I checked a room, empty except for a suitcase, probably a dead bar girl inside.

 

It had a miserable vibe, i never went back, i ended up buying in Pratumnak, a million times better

Ok, maybe it was somebody who was trying to check out.

The guy who was touching himself poolside is at the pool nearly every day. Inside the pool. He does not swim, but rather bobs up and down in the pool like a bobby pin with arms straight down under the water. He moves in the water very slowly, so is not completely stationary, but is bobbing more then walking. It's pretty strange.

 

I hope there is not something else going on, but it has me concerned. I'm not a big pool guy so don't go in often, but it's concerning to see. There are not many people in the area, but it could be some sort of self diddling that has nothing to do with other people, but rather just being out there.

There may be a lot of pervs in central pattaya though. So just be aware of that on your next vacation. It probably attracts a lot if people with strange sexual issues.
