September 2, 2025Sep 2 3-2-1 . If its doable do it. I think the opposition will fight tooth & nail over this constitutional act of Article II powers that The Executive Branch holds. ..."Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth authorized military lawyers to serve as immigration judges. This will be temporary, according to the Associated Press". The Story based on a FoxNews Report
September 3, 2025Sep 3 Good and military lawyers and judges should displace all the other saps for judges . That are sandbagging Trump and overreaching their authority. As well as releasing criminals on the public. And if Trump were 1/4 the fascist the left claims these judges/saps would not be heard.

I like the move,it goes in line(illegal immigration) with past efforts to enforce my countries borders from a party of liberals ,who onced supported enforcing borders to a party of far leftist who believe no one is illegal & open borders.

Do you ever see on the news where judges release criminals, both immigrants and citizens who then go on commiting more crimes?? Or in denial or worst of all do not see a problem with these progressive judges. This administration is not putting up with it anymore. And furthermore problem is why the democrat lost and counting.

I never thought i’d see the day that a group of radical judges go in front of a far left news agency and criticize the highest court in the land ! This is why I cheer military style judges , especially since Hegseth went out of his way to pressure less woke men & women initiatives in the military. “Federal judges anonymously criticize Supreme Court over Trump cases”. https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5485867-federal-judges-trump-cases/

The Lochner Era (circa 1897–1937) ◦ The Court struck down progressive labor laws using a broad interpretation of “freedom of contract.” ◦ Legal scholars and even future justices (like Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.) lambasted the Court for substituting economic ideology for constitutional reasoning. 2. The Warren Court (1953–1969) ◦ Praised for civil rights advances (e.g. Brown v. Board), but criticized for “judicial activism.” ◦ Conservative legal minds accused it of overreach and policymaking from the bench. 3. Originalism vs. Living Constitution ◦ The rise of originalism, championed by Antonin Scalia and others, was itself a reaction to perceived excesses of prior Courts. ◦ Critics of originalism (including many constitutional historians) argue it’s historically incoherent and selectively applied A B. 4. Modern Critiques (2000s–2020s) ◦ Decisions like Citizens United, Shelby County v. Holder, and Dobbs v. Jackson have drawn fire from legal academics and retired justices (e.g. Justice Stevens and Justice Breyer). ◦ Concerns include erosion of precedent, politicization, and loss of public trust.
