Hi. Is it possible to access your TM30 online which has been completed by your landlord? 

 

My landlord just provides me a screenshot off her iPad - example attached. The paperwork checker at Samui IO has a real issue with this and generally refuses my paperwork.  She is looking for a different example showing the same info - attached. 

 

The landlord says that she cannot provide the IO example as she uses an iPad and the option isn't available.  They usually have a 10 minute phone call arguing their side and then the screenshot is accepted but it's a real pain in the backside. 

 

I now need a residence certificate and will need to hand over a print out of the screenshot and I know it's going to get refused, and then the usual phone call.

 

Therefore, can I access the TM30 so I can print the required document without my landlord's involvement.

You can only access the TM30 site to retrieve previous submissions/printouts with your landlords log in details/password.

I'd ask the landlord to submit a new TM30 and to download the PDF for you that immigration is asking for. Sounds like your landlord just isn't aware of the download functionality yet.

Hi.  Thanks for the response.  I think that's what the phone calls have been about between the landlord and Samui IO.  They have tried to explain about the download option but the landlord is adamant that the option is not there on her iPad.  They always end in a stalemate on it.  I'll just go ahead with handing over a screenshot print out and see how it goes this time.
