Trump Orders Pentagon Rebranding: Now the 'Department of War'

True. The Oval Office will most likely need to be completely torn down and rebuilt. Even though he spends most of his time on the golf course or in bed, typing furiously with his little fingers, the stench of butt, armpit, ketchup and make-up will be impossible to get out without a total renovation.

Don't forget cankles. Cankles have their own nasty stench.

  • Trump was never a builder. He was a brander. That's what he knows. He has no idea what he's doing as president. So back to what he knows. Branding. What a feckless moron.

  • Now that will put an end to his nobel prize dream. Should have renamed it to Department of peace and love making.

  • Trump's priorities are truly bizarre.  He seems obsessed with renaming as a way of ensuring his legacy. The next President can reverse all of these changes.

Insults aren’t arguments, Paul. If Trump’s been "falling apart since birth," he’s managed to build businesses, host a global TV show, become president, and change the Supreme Court, which is not a bad resume for someone supposedly so broken.

Everything Trump does ends in a sack dance, even though he's on the wrong side of a 45 - 10 score, and it's late in the fourth quarter. The endless gloating, bragging, baiting, and whimpering does nothing but turn everyone but his core fanatics even more against him.

You call it gloating, others call it confidence. Trump’s record speaks louder than your metaphors: tax reform, deregulation, Middle East peace deals, and a stronger border. That’s not showboating, that’s results.

So, instead of addressing Trump’s policies, your revelation is just anger at fellow Americans? That’s not enlightenment, that’s resentment dressed up as moral outrage.

I do address and condemn Trump's policies, but for me, the most disgusting thing about Trump's election is not Trump himself, but the fact that so many of my fellow citizens voted for him and still support him. I suspect about half of them have been duped by him, but I assume the other half actually share his values. I have resentment and moral outrage concerning Trump, but I have a growing alarm and disgust regarding his supporters.

I agree, but the most disappointing thing about that is that there are so many of his core fanatics. 😣

Don’t forget — last time he left the toilets so clogged with classified records and dumps, plumbers needed a security clearance, biosuit, and a Roto-Rooter.

So half the country is either stupid or morally bankrupt? That’s an awfully convenient way to avoid grappling with why Trump’s policies appealed to so many. Energy independence, lower taxes, secure borders, and Middle East peace deals aren’t signs of delusion, they’re tangible results.

Yeah, good luck with that approach.

What, you mean his four arrests and 34-count criminal conviction rap sheet — and still counting?

Energy independence

You mean on coal & oil, and deleting all the environmentally friendly wind farms etc.?

Strange how you celebrate legal charges as if they’re proof of guilt, while ignoring that appeals are underway and many Americans see these prosecutions as politically motivated. Justice isn’t supposed to be a scoreboard.

Energy independence doesn’t mean "deleting wind farms", it means ensuring America isn’t at the mercy of OPEC or Russia. Under Trump, the U.S. became the world’s top producer of oil and natural gas, which stabilized prices and strengthened national security. Renewables can play a role, but pretending solar and wind alone can power the U.S. economy is fantasy.

Energy independence existed under Biden too — the U.S. was still a net exporter.
Tariffs are nothing but higher taxes.
Middle East peace deals? Name one country at war that actually made peace.

Those aren’t tangible results — they’re delusions dressed up as achievements.

Scoreboard? He’s at 34–0, and it’s not in his favor!

Out of his tiny little mind as is the norm.

All about perception with little substance. Just like parading war planes when welcoming Putin. Real tough guys do, wannabes pretend. How’s your war against Russia, Yemen, Iran, Gaza going Donny? F,F,F,F grade so far. 😂😂😂😂

Yes, certainly, all MAGA supporters have been conned or are morally bankrupt. This includes:

  • energy independence (which causes more devastation of the Earth's environment);
  • lower taxes (primarily for the rich, and will reduce the funds for needed social programs and increase our national debt);
  • secure borders (which will prohibit people fleeing oppression and economic hardship in their home country);
  • Middle East peace deals (like the cessation of the Israeli genocide of the Palestinians?)

These aren't "tangible results"; they are ill-thought-out, Make America Great Again (without any regard for the rest of the world), and will destroy not only the USA but also many other countries.  I'm in shock that so many of my fellow citizens, and you may be one of those, actually still support Trump.

Once you've been tried and convicted of something, you are then guilty of whatever the charges were. You can appeal, and if your appeal overturns your conviction, then you're innocent of the charges. Right now, Trump is guilty of all his convictions.

I agree with that, although I take exception with the term "renewable." The energy harvested by energy harvesting technologies is not renewed. The only solution to ameliorating our destruction of the Earth's environment is to start using LESS energy, not harvesting more.

Look at this its not just Americans who love him but more. Direct from Donnies mouth the Europeans call him the president of Europe. 😂😂

Another really strong argument from the high IQ left.

Net exporter under Biden? Sure, but only because of the production surge carried over from Trump’s policies. Biden tried to choke off drilling and new leases, hardly a recipe for long-term independence. As for tariffs, they’re not a blanket "tax", they’re leverage. China’s unfair trade practices didn’t change because people asked politely, Trump forced them to the table.

And Middle East peace deals? The Abraham Accords ring a bell? Israel signed normalization agreements with the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, and Sudan. That’s not a delusion, it’s historic diplomacy, and it happened on Trump’s watch.

Fair point on the word renewable, the sun and wind aren’t being renewed so much as tapped. But the bigger issue is that telling 330 million Americans to just "use less energy" isn’t a realistic plan. Efficiency helps, sure, but modern economies run on abundant, reliable power. That means a mix of fossil fuels, nuclear, hydro, and yes, solar and wind where they make sense. The challenge is balancing reliability, affordability, and environmental impact, not assuming we can solve it by cutting ourselves back to candlelight.

Technically, yes, a conviction stands unless overturned. But guilt in the legal sense isn’t the same as moral legitimacy when the process itself is seen as weaponized. History is full of examples where courts convicted people under politicized circumstances, only to be discredited later. So the real question isn’t whether a judge signed off, it’s whether the prosecutions themselves pass the smell test of fairness. That’s why half the country sees this less as "justice served" and more as politics dressed up in legal robes.
