Why not just buy a gel preparation to perform at-home fluoride treatments?

Or, just them them done at your dentist's?

Why strong on fluoride? You get all you need from any toothpaste, along with the water sources here, with some having excessive amounts.

Ingredients are listed on the box, and tube.

Some brands/variants have Sodium Floride, some do not.

Fluoride is toxic

And I read that DO NOT rinse your mouth with water or Listerine etc, as it washes all the fluoride away. Leave it on for an hour or so.

Although at my/our age, I don't think any amount of fluoride is going to make any difference.

How often do you visit your dentist?

Not as often as I should, obviously.

Would you brush your teeth with cyanide?

There is no free Fluoride in any preparations. It's a salt, most sodium fluoride. And that is in declared percentages not toxic. You will survive

Surviving an ingested toxin doesn’t make it any less toxic. Fluoride is a low level toxin that causes low level health issues. That’s one of the reasons why you need a blue pill to get it up.

Your response is indicative of the effects of fluoride given that fluoride is a neuro-toxin which is one of the many reasons why dentists don’t use it.

Water is toxic if one drinks too much of it.

Fluoride is not toxic at the 0.5 ppm level. You would have to drink 700 litres of water at one sitting to accumulate a lethal dose of fluoride.

You would die of hyponatremia long before.

I guess @fredwiggy was proven wrong here. 😊

If the OP wants a high flouride toothpaste, there is 3M ESPE Clinpro Tooth Crème.

Equally important is not to use a too abrasive toothpaste. Some dentists will advise you to avoid hydrated silica as an ingredient. To that avail, I would recommend Tepthai toothpastes. They utilise Calcium Carbonate as an abrasive.

He comes back after changing his username, once again, and acts the same way. And no one proved me wrong as I was right on in what I said, but that's your way, so once again, you'll be seen as what you are, JakeC, NowNow, Centigrade, and NextG among others.

Baking soda is just as good.

No @fredwiggy You are wrong. They are many varieties of toothpaste that do not contain any flouride at all. Accept that you are wrong and move on without making a scene.

Try reading my answer and comprehending what I said before you reply. If you don't use fluoride toothpaste, which are not all of course as anyone knows, the water sources make up for almost the amount you'll need to protect your teeth. He asked for more fluoride than what toothpaste with fluoride and the water provides, and that isn't necessary.  Do you actually think someone of 69 years ,that has brushed his teeth all those years, in the US where it's in the majority of drinking water sources, and knows what fluoride does, as it's been an active topic all those years, doesn't know some toothpastes don't have fluoride? Assuming once again, in this and all other usernames.

I read what you wrote @fredwiggy...

That is incorrect. The OP didn't ask about water sources.

Maybe you should try reading and comprehending.
