Trump, the man you trust...............NOT

Featured Replies

So after completing only a very few of the, 90 days - 90 deals, Trump now starts to make new demands for the agreed deals.

He earlier made new demands for Korea, which they have made clear they will not agree with, and now the EU.

I'm sure the US bully boy's day of reckoning is not far away any more

EU Sees New US Trade Demands Hollowing Out Deal Struck by Trump

(Bloomberg) — European Union officials see new US demands for concessions as well as other measures as potentially undercutting a recent agreement that brought the allies back from the brink of a trade war.

Earlier this month, US President Donald Trump’s administration sent the EU a fresh proposal for implementing “reciprocal, fair and balanced” trade, according to people familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private deliberations.

EU officials view the requests as maximalist and the concessions as significant, some of the people said. The people declined to disclose specifics on the US demands because member states are due to be briefed on the discussions on Wednesday.

On last nights news, can't recall which channel, Trump is now demanding an additional 92% import tax on Italian pasta, bring it to a total rate of 107%.

Personally I feel the the EU should have used China's example when dealing with Trump. It was quite obvious that Trump was never going to honour his "deal" with the EU and would be constantly coming back with further demands. In my (and many others) opinion not someone to be trusted!

He make new demands on every one of the very few deals he could complete, because he think he can get away with it, but the reactions of the parties involved proof it is the opposite.

He did it with South Korea, India and Vietnam, just to name a few. A deal with China is still far away, although he makes false claims that he has agreements with XI, and he has a good relationship with him.

Trump is a pathological liar, plain and simple.

And then the MAGA's on here are surprised that the Democrats don't agree on his promise to discuss the affordable healthcare act AFTER they agree to reopen the government
