Hi,

Curious to know if there is a map available showing the at risk zones for river flooding and mountain run-off ?

It's rather localized, I mean other than the obvious areas near the river, Chang Klan road, Sanpakhoi market, Pa Daed, etc.

For all other areas if you're looking to rent/buy something it's best to ask around locally, and then on this forum.
