I make bread in a Dutch oven in BKK in an oven weekly.

However, where I am staying we only have a gas BBQ and the bread got too dark on the bottom probably due to the Dutch oven being too hot. I'll put something underneath and retry.

Anyway, I'm going to try pizza on the BBQ and looking for a beginner dough recipe as there's a lot on YouTube but if anyone here has a pizza dough recipe, I would certainly appreciate it. 

Also if anyone has bought a pizza stone from Lazada you could recommend (lm staying 1 hour east of Udon).
