I wonder how many other dudes on this site who have much younger partners also believe that there is some other connection and attraction for the women that they are endowed to, besides the bulge in their own back pockets. I would suspect that nearly all are under a similar haze of delusion.

I've been told by some friends that there are some good private detectives in Bangkok, and they're not that expensive. I think it's a great idea and I would bet that an incredible amount of dirt could be unearthed without a huge amount of effort.

 

This not only applies to landlords and scammers, but it also applies to women that were considering getting seriously involved with (they all have a story), and other such endeavors.

Your post isn't clear. You say that you were scammed by a lawyer, who took your money and didn't do anything. Then you say that you need a fast method to transfer money internationally. 

 

On the former issue, lawyers in Thailand can be hit and miss, especially sole operators, so use a larger and reputable company. On the latter issue, SWIFT transfers are reliable but might take a day or so. Western Union or WIse are reliable, economical, and often instantaneous.

Could be. Any demand for urgent payment of anything is highly suspect. He should engage a reputable legal firm for something as important as probate law.

His best option would be to send an email to the White House for  Donald  J. Trump he will help you although he's a bit busy sorting out other  world problems and he hasn't finished in Canada yet so he might have to wait.

Go to taxes  department where Thais pay taxes and ask if he paid taxes for renting out your room.

And tell the owner how much he have to pay taxes + fines.
