Two tattooed Chinese nationals were arrested after allegedly using crystal methamphetamine and behaving aggressively inside a Pattaya condominium, alarming nearby residents. Immigration officers in Chon Buri detained the men on October 27, 2025, after residents reported their erratic behaviour. Both suspects later tested positive for methamphetamine and admitted to drug use.

The operation was carried out under the direction of Pol. Maj. Gen. Songprod Sirisukha, Commander of Immigration Division 3, and Pol. Col. Harit Ek-urur, Deputy Commander, in line with the Royal Thai Police and government policy to crack down on illegal activities involving foreign nationals. Acting on reports from concerned citizens, Pol. Col. Napaspong Khositsuriyamanee, Superintendent of Chon Buri Immigration, ordered a team led by Pol. Lt. Col. Kawinwat Arayasuriyawong to investigate the complaint.

According to investigators, a local resident reported that two heavily tattooed Chinese men had been living in the condominium for some time, displaying strange and intimidating behaviour. Witnesses described their eyes as “wild and aggressive,” prompting fears they might be under the influence of drugs. Officers coordinated with the condominium’s management to gain access to the suspects’ unit, where they found the two men, identified as Mr. Yu, 31 and Mr. Yang, 32, along with a Thai woman.

The trio was taken to Chon Buri Immigration Office for questioning and drug testing. The Thai woman was released after no illegal substances were detected. Both Chinese nationals, however, tested positive for crystal methamphetamine. They reportedly confessed to using the drug a day earlier, claiming they did not know it was illegal in Thailand.

Officers examined their passports and found both men were in Thailand on 60-day visas, having entered and exited the country multiple times. Following their confession and test results, police charged them with the offence of “consuming a Category 1 narcotic (methamphetamine).” The suspects have been handed over to Pattaya City Police Station for further legal proceedings.

Authorities also confirmed that the men’s visas would be revoked, and both will be deported after completing judicial procedures. Officials emphasised that immigration police will continue to intensify checks on foreigners suspected of illegal behaviour as part of ongoing efforts to maintain safety and order.

Good work by the police.

Tatts.

The life of riley for these chaps, livin it up in the Tropics smoking crystal meth every day with a Thai call girl.

Beats life in China.

Surprised a contribution to the Police Benevolent Association didn’t resolve the issue.
