That's pretty petty.  The military had shaving waivers when I was in the military.  Some guys simply have bad skin and its difficult to shave.  Oh - by the way.  Shaving doesn't apply to Seals, UDT, and Special Ops. Those guys would tell Hegseth were he could put his "no beard" policies.

And black men because of the nature of their facial hair, are far more likely to mood to not shave. Maybe that's the point of this?

From my experience i can say that soldiers with full beards are the ones to respect!
