Used to buy drugs at a 50 percent loss. Also, so many were selling their benefits to others for 50% value for cash in hand. This happens quite often. More than someone like @Tug would know about. The government should be looking carefully about how many people that do not get the food credit actually need and seek other resources when SNAP doesn't pay them. There seems to be no concern from the DEMS that created this situation by using their demands to shut down the government to begin with.
