Yet another pathetic blame-game attempt from Higgot Minor as he apes and then cites the misleading article cooked up by The Independent.

 

Thatcher was only in power for the last 8 of these 26 years, while the real culprits were this Husband creep and those that allowed the cover-ups, within Medomsley, from as early as 1967. Maggie did not govern until 1979, so who was responsible before that?
